摘    要:
根据当代医学教育的发展和医学微生物学教学中存在的问题,提出了案例式教学法在医学微生物学各论教学中应用的具体方法和优点以及不足之处,并探讨了解决矛盾的初步设想。

Abstract:
In view of the development of contemporary medical education and existing problems in medical microbiology teaching, the paper introduces the specific methods of case-based teaching method used in medical microbiology teaching, discusses its advantages and deficiencies, and offers some tentative ideas for solving the problems.
