STUDY ON THE DISTRIBUTIONAND ANTITUMOR ACTIVITY OF CANCER PERIPHERAL LYMPHOCYTES AND TIL OF LIVER CANCER |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the distribution and anti-tumor activity of cancer peripheral lymphocytes and TIL of liver cancer.Methods:The cancer peripheral lymphocytes and TIL of liver cancer were isolated by cold digestion of collagenase,and their yields were analysed.The activity of collagenase,and their yields were analysed.The activity of killing autogenous liver cancer cells was examined by３H-TdR release method.Results:The yields of TIL from substantial o liver cancer were highest,those of cancer peripheral lymphocytes were lower and the lowest part was centric part of live cancer.Their activity of killing autogenous liver cancer cells were:TIL from substantial part of liver cancer was higher than that from centric part,and cancer peripheral lymphocytes was lowest.Conclusions:Distribution and anti-tumor activity of lymphocytes of different part were different.The substantial part of liver cancer was the best part for getting lymphocytes of large quantity of high anti-tumor activity. |
