| 摘 要： | 目的探讨瞬目反射(BR)在贝尔氏面瘫患者早期诊断及预后评估的价值。方法于病后1m对45例贝尔氏面瘫患者进行神经电图(ENoG)检测,并根据检测结果分成轻、中、重度3组;分别于病后3～5d、1m和3m对3组患者进行BR检测。结果病后3～5d的BR检测异常率为100%;病后3～5d、1m和3m的BR检测结果比较,提示R1和R2潜伏期差异在3组之间有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论BR不仅是早期诊断贝尔氏面瘫的客观和敏感指标,而且能早期客观判断面神经损害的预后。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the value of blink reflex(BR) to the early diagnosis and the evaluation of prognosis for Bell palsy. Methods 45 Bell palsy patients were divided into slight,intremediate and severe groups by the examination of electrical neurography(ENoG) ,that were carried in first month after onset. The three groups were examined by BR in 3 ～ 5 days,1 month and 3 month after onset,respctively. Results Abnormal rate was 100% of BR examination in 3 ～ 5 days after onset. There,s significant difference between the incubation period R1 and 1t2 of the three groups (P <0.01). Conclusion BR is the objective and sensitive index for the early diagnosis and the prognosis. |
