摘    要:
目的 探讨白细胞介素6(IL-6)在病毒性心肌炎发病中的作用。方法 用脑心肌炎病毒(EMCV)诱发小鼠急性心肌炎,使用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)及ELISA法测定了心肌组织内IL-6mRNA的表达及蛋白含量的变化,使用抗IL-6抗体体现人投入观察其作用。结果 EMCV感染后IL-6mRNA的表达明显增强,蛋白含量增加.抗IL-6抗体投入后导致生存率降低(P〈0.05),心肌内病毒滴定度增高

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the role of interleukin 6 (IL 6) in viral myocarditis. Methods The encephalomyocarditis virus (EMCV) was used to induce acute myocarditis in mice. The following experiments were performed: (1) detections of IL 6 mRNA level expression in cardiac muscle cells after EMCV infection by the RT PCR method and IL 6 concentration in cardiac muscle cells by ELISA; (2) the effect of the anti IL 6 antibody in vivo. Results Enhanced expression of IL 6 mRNA and IL 6 concentration were observed in cardiac muscle cells during the acute stage after EMCV infection. In addition, treatment with anti IL 6 antibody resulted in a significantly reduced survival ( P <0.05), increased myocardial virus titers ( P <0.05), augmented inflammation and myocardial damage ( P <0.05). Conclusion IL 6 may play an important role as protective factor in the acute viral myocarditis.
