欣胃汤对功能性消化不良大鼠胃肠动力影响的研究

[目的]探讨欣胃汤对功能性消化不良（FD）大鼠胃肠动力的影响。[方法]郭氏适度夹尾激怒法结合张氏不规则喂养建立FD大鼠模型；实验设正常组、模型组、中药（欣胃汤）组、西药（吗叮啉）组，观察各组大鼠灌胃后胃内色素残留情况及测定胃组织及血清NO的水平。[结果]欣胃汤对胃排空有促进作用，NO的水平明显降低，与其他组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。[结论]欣胃汤可促进FD大鼠的胃肠动力。

Xinwei Soup in Rats of Functional Dyspepsia Study on the Impact of Gastrointestinal Motility

[ Objective] To investigate the gastric-yan Tang on functional dyspepsia （FD） in rat gastrointestinal motility. [Methods] KUOK appropriate folder Chang Mei angered irregular feeding combined with the establishment of rat model of FD; experimental normal group, model group, traditional Chinese medicine （Xinwei Soup） group, western medicine （you bite phenanthroline） group, to observe the group of large pigmented rat stomach after oral administration and determination of residual gastric tissue and serum levels of NO. [Results] Xinwei Soup to promote the role of gastric emptying, NO level deereasod slgnificandy compared with other groups, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. [ Conclusion ] The stomach - yan Tang FD can promote gastrointestinal motility in rats.
