| 摘 要： | [目的]观察益气强心饮对慢性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。[方法]共选取56例,均在持原有西药治疗基础上,其中中药治疗组29例给予益气强心饮口服,8周后进行疗效评价。[结果]中药治疗组在改善慢性心衰中医证候、心功能等方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]益气强心饮可显著改善慢性心力衰竭患者症状,提高心功能。
