VEGF-C及VEGFR-3在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其意义

目的:检测VEGF-C及VEGFR-3在宫颈癌中的表达,分析宫颈癌中两者与临床病理参数之间的关系。方法:利用SP免疫组织化学染色法检测50例宫颈癌组织标本中VEGF-C和VEGFR-3蛋白表达。结果:50例宫颈癌组织标本中,VEGF-C阳性表达率为90%(45/50),VEGF-C和VEGFR-3两者之间的表达呈正相关,VEGF-C和VEGFR-3两者表达与淋巴结转移之间均呈明显正相关。结论:VEGF-C可能在宫颈癌癌变过程中起一定的促进作用,VEGF-C和VEGFR-3信号传递系统与宫颈癌组织的淋巴管生成及肿瘤细胞的淋巴结转移密切相关。

Expression and clinical significance of VEGFC and VEGFR-3 in cervical carcinoma

Objective:To detect the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor-C(VEGF-C) and its receptor VEGFR-3 in cervical cancer.Methods: Paraffin-embedded specimens from 50 patients with cervical cancer were used to measure the expression of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 by means of the streptavidin peroxidase method.Results:Of the 50 patients,the positive rate of VEGF-C in cervical cancer was 90%(45/50),which suggested a positive correlation between the expression of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3.Both of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 were positively related to lymph node metastasis.Conclusion:VEGF-C can promote the lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer.The VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 signal transducting system is closely related to the lymphangiogenesis and lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer.
