癌症疼痛的药物治疗

目的 观察药物三阶梯止痛对晚期癌症疼痛的疗效。方法 对70例合并癌症疼痛的晚期肿瘤患者采用WHO推荐的三阶梯止痛治疗方法,依据患者的疼痛程度分别给予消炎痛、强痛定、吗啡等治疗。给药方法采用按时、按剂量、按阶梯用药,达到剂量个体化。结果 治疗总有效率为95．7％。结论 三阶梯治疗是一种简单、有效的方法,可使90％以上的癌症疼痛患者完全无痛。

Pharmaceutical treatment and nursing for cancer pain

Objective The cases of cancer in late stage complicated with pain were treated with three-steps analgesia recommended by WHO. Method Drugs of Xiao Yan Tong, Jiang Tong Ding and morphine were used respectively. Phamaceutic methods according to time, dosage and step were adopted individually. Results Total rate of efficacy was 95.7 %. Conclusion Experience of three steps anodyne treatment and nursing was summerized, especially discussed on drug using and nursing.
