摘    要:目的:介绍一种新的自行 地头颈部肿瘤常规放射治疗的立体定位装置及其使用方法。方法:本装置为附加在患者体外的一个带有三维坐标系的框架结构,在CT影像上构成建立坐标系的标志呈“V”型,采用义量法确定扫描范围内任一点相对于该坐标系的空间位置。据此可求出靶中心坐标、不同Gantry角野的大小及形状等各项放疗参数。应用本装置和方法对一模拟靶的各放疗参数进行确定,并应用模拟定位机对其进行验证。结果:通过本装置

Abstract:Purpose Introducing a new stereotactic simulation device for conventional radiotherapy of head and neck cancers and the using method.Method The device is a frame structure with 3D coordinate system .The marks of the coordinate is V type. The space position of any point within the device can be defined by measuring the distances of coordinate marks on the CT images .So the radiotherapy parameters such as the accurate position of target center, the field size and shape at different gantry angles can be established using the device. A manmade target is simulated with the device and method and the parameters is verified under Philips MC-P50 simulator.Result The coordinate(x,y,z) of the target center, the sizes and shape of radiation fields at different gantry angles are established using the device and method. The simulation films verify the localization and simulation are accurate and reliable.Conclusion The device can be used in the stereotactic localization and simulation of head and neck cancers. It has the main functions of CT simulation system. It has the following advantages of accuracy, easy use and low prise. It is valuable in accurate localization and simulation of radiotherapy.
