柴胡三参汤治疗冠心病室性期前收缩临床研究

目的研究柴胡三参汤治疗冠心病室性期前收缩的临床疗效。方法将68例患者随机分为柴胡三参汤组(治疗组)35例和稳心颗粒组(对照组)33例,两组均4周为1个疗程,观察两组治疗前后综合临床疗效、心电图疗效、伴随症状改善情况、心功能改善情况及不良反应。结果治疗组在综合临床疗效和心电图疗效总有效率上明显优于对照组(P<0.05),在心悸和心胸憋闷伴随症状改善方面亦有显著性优势(P<0.05),且不良反应明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论柴胡三参汤治疗冠心病室性期前收缩疗效显著,不良反应发生率低。

Clinical Study on Premature Ventricular Beats of Coronary Heart Disease Treated with Chaihusanshen Decoction

Objective To study the clinical effect of Chaihusanshen Decoction in treating premature ventricular beats(PVB)of coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Sixty-eight patients with PVB of CHD were randomly divided into two groups,35 patients in the treated group were treated with Chaihusanshen Decoction and 33 patients in the control group were treated with Wenxin granule.Four weeks was a course of treatment and the tow groups were treated one course of treatment.The total effect rate,the effect of eletrocardiogram,the improvement of ameliorating symptoms,the improvement of cardiac function,poisonous and side effects were observed.Results The total effect rate of the treatment group in treating PVB of CHD and effect of eletrocardiogram was evidently higher than that of the control group(P <0.05).Total effect rate of ameliorating symptom of the treatment group was obviously superior to that of the control group(P <0.05).The rate of poisonous and side effects of the treatment group was evidently lowerer than that of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions Chaihusanshen Decoction has obvious effect and fewer side effects in treating PVB of CHD.
