| 摘 要： | 目的 检测HIV/AIDS患者精子中HIV核酸。 方法 制备33位HIV/AIDS患者精子样本，采用荧光原位杂交（FISH），以生物素标记的HIV gag及 HIV pol作为双探针对这些患者精子进行HIV核酸检测。 结果 在9例(27.2%)患者中检测到阳性荧光信。结论 本结果进一步证实HIV/AIDS患者精子存有HIV核酸，并提示FISH是一种检测患者精子病毒核酸灵敏而可靠的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To detect the presence of HIV nucleic acid on the spermatozoa of HIV/AIDS patients. Methods Spermatozoa sample of 33 HIV/AIDS patients were prepared, and fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) which biotinylated HIV gag and HIV pol were used as probes was performed to detect t the presence of HIV nucleic acid on these spermatozoa. Result Positive signals of FISH had been observed on spermatozoa of 9 patients (27.2%). Conclusion The result further confirms the presence of HIV nucleic acid on the sperm of HIV/AIDS patients. And it also indicates that FISH is a sensitive and reliable method to detect the nucleic acid on the sperm of patients. |
