综合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的观察与护理

目的探讨膝关节骨性关节炎的护理方法。方法将75例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为观察组38例和对照组37例。两组均给予针刺、理疗、口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖治疗,观察组同时给予膝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠注射液。结果观察组疗效明显高于对照组疗效（P〈0.05）。结论两种治疗方案对膝关节骨性关节炎疼痛均有缓解效果。但膝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠配合护理措施的落实,疗效更好,更能明显改善膝关节的功能和提高生活质量。

Observation and nursing on comprehensive treatment of knee osteoarthritis

Objective To explore the nursing approaches of knee osteoarthritis. Methods 75 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group with 38 and 37 cases respectively. Both of them are received three types of treatments including acupuncture, physical therapy and oral administration of hydrochloric acid and glucosamine. Meanwhile, the observation group are accepted the sodium hyaluronate injection into the cavities of knees. Result The curative effect of the observation group obviously excel that of the control group. Conclusion Both of the mentioned strategies can ease the pain caused by knee osteoarthritis. However, sodium hyaluronate injection into the cavities of knees with the adaptive nursing measures could bring better curative effect with obvious improvements on both the function of the knee joint and the quality of life.
