心脏神经官能症的心身治疗临床观察

目的，观察心身治疗对心脏神经官能症的治疗效果。方法：对54例心脏神经官能症患进行抗焦虑、抑郁药物加心理治疗。治疗4周后，观察焦虑、抑郁程度及症状改善情况，并在6个月、12个月进行随访。结果：4周治愈率为42．6％，6个月为70．4％，12个月为62％；总有效率4周至6个月均为100％，12个月为94％。结论：结果提示对于心脏神经官能症采用适当的心身治疗是合理、有效的；也提示在改善病人的认识功能，消除焦虑或／和抑郁后，随着时间的推移愈率逐渐升高；还提示，即使痊愈的病人，仍可因不良事件的发生和自我心理调节的失败而再次发复发。

Effect of psychosomatic therapy in patient with cardiac neurosis

Objective: To observe the effect of psychosomatic therapy in patient with cardiac neurosis. Methods: A total of 54 patients with cardiac neurosis were successively treated with psychological therapy in addition to medicines for anxiety and depression for four weeks. Self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS) and symptoms were recorded in fourth week and followed up in sixth month and twelfth month. Results: Cure rates in patients with cardiac neurosis were 42.6%. 70.4% and 62% in fourth weeks, sixth month and twelfth month respectively. Total effect rate was 100% in fourth week to sixth month, and 94% in twelfth month. Conclusion: Results suggests that psychosomatic therapy for patients with cardiac neurosis is reasonable and effective. After improving the patients' understanding function, dispeling the anxiety and depression of patients the cure rate can increase gradually as time goes on. The cured patients may have a relapse again due to harmful events and psychological self-adjustment failure.
