| 摘 要： | 目的 研究妊娠期乳腺癌在诊断和治疗方面的特殊性。方法 选择 1985～ 1999年间的妊娠期乳腺癌 2 1例 ,Ⅱa期 9例 ,Ⅱb期 7例 ,Ⅲ期 5例。 10例在终止妊娠后行综合治疗 ,7例在妊娠中期接受乳腺癌改良根治术 ,分娩后行综合治疗。 4例分娩后行综合治疗。结果 终止妊娠和继续妊娠的 5年生存率分别为 71.4 %和 33.3%。 5年总生存率为 5 3.8%。结论 终止妊娠可以提高妊娠期乳腺癌 5年生存率

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze and study the characteristics of diagnosis and treatment of pregnancy associated with breast cancer.
