| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨重度急性左心衰竭或急性肺水肿的机械通气治疗方法。方法：对36例重度急性左心衰竭或急性肺水肿患者行呼气末正压通气（PEEP）治疗前后的临床表现和血气结果进行分析。结果：36例重度急性左心衰竭或急性肺水肿患者经PEEP治疗后，缺氧症状明显好转，血气指标明显改善（P〈0.05）。结论：PEEP是治疗重度急性左心衰竭或急性肺水肿的有效方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To probe into the therapeutic efficacy of positive end expiratory pressure(PEEP)ventilation in severe acute left heart failure.Methods: In 36 cases with severe acute left heart failure or acute pulmonary edema,the clinical manifestation and blood-gas analytical results before and after treating with PEEP ventilation were observed.Results: After PEEP ventilation,hypoxemia was improved quickly and blood-gas results became normal.Conclusion: PEEP ventilation is an effective method for treating severe acute left heart failure. |
