房颤复律汤治疗房颤60例临床观察

将60例门诊房颤病人随机分为房颤复律汤治疗组33例,抗心律失常化学药物为对照组27例,进行临床比较观察,结果治疗组显效26例,有效4例,无效3例,有效率为90．91％,无毒副反应,对照组显著4例,有效5例,无效18例,有效率为33．33％,毒副反应23例（85．19％）,两组有效率比较,差异有非常显著性（P＜0．01）。

Clinical Observation of the Decoction for Restoration from Auricular Fibrillation in the Treatment of 60 patients with Auricular Fibrillation

Of the 60 outpatients with auricular fibrillation, 33 patients were randomly included in the treatment group treated with the decoction, and the rest 27 patients in the control group treated with anti arrhythmia chemical drugs for comparison. In the former group 26 patients were found with marked effect, 4 effective, 3 non effective, with an effective rate of 90.91%, and no toxic or side effect was found. The corresponding figures in the latter group are respectively 4, 5, 18, 33.33%, and 23 patients were found with toxic or side effect (85.19%). Therefore marked difference exists when the two groups were compared ( P <0.01).
