肿瘤相关物质群(TSGF)检测的临床意义探讨

目的：探讨肿瘤相关物质群(TSGF)检测在恶性肿瘤诊断及疗效评价中的临床意义。方法：应用TSGF快速检测试剂盒检测血清TSGF水平。病例组为恶性肿瘤255例、感染性疾病117例、自身免疫病28例及其它疾病24例；对照组为正常体检4591例。结果：4组患者及对照组TSGF阳性率分别为76．5％、96．6％、100％、100％及8．3％，病例组TSGF水平均显著高于对照组(P＜0．05)。TSGF检测恶性肿瘤的特异性为88．5％。34例恶性肿瘤经有效治疗后血清TSGF水平较治疗前显著下降(P＜0．05)，6例病情恶化者则显著升高。感染及自身免疫病亦如此。结论：TSGF可作为肿瘤早期诊断、疗效评价、预测复发的一项参考指标。但肿瘤诊断时需除外感染、自身免疫病等。

Clinical evaluation of the detection of tumor supplied group of factors

Objective:To evaluate the clinical significance of tumor supplied group of factors (TSGF) in the diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors. Methods: Serum TSGF levels of 255 patients with malignant tumors, 117 cases with infections, 28 cases with autoimmune diseases, 24 cases with other diseases and 4591 healthy persons were measured with TSGF diagnostic kit. Results: TSGF positive rate of 4 group of patients before treatment and healthy persons reached 76.5%,96.6%,100%,100% and 8.3%, respectively. The average TSGF value of patients was significantly higher than that of the healthy persons ( P <0.05). Specificity of TSGF for malignant tumor was 88.5%. TSGF level in 34 responded malignant tumors was significantly lower than that before treatment ( P <0.05), whereas obvious higher in 6 cases with tumor deterioration. Similar results were seen in infections and autoimmune diseases. Conclusion: Determination of serum TSGF is helpful in early diagnosis of malignant tumor and its relapse. It's of great value in monitoring therapy response for malignant tumor patients.
