| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨大网膜转移癌的超声诊断价值.方法 分析50例大网膜转移癌的超声表现.结果 50例患者中,弥漫性增厚20例,其中10例伴有低回声结节；局限性增厚27例,其中15例伴有低回声结节,1例表现为孤立性结节；漏诊3例.结论 超声对判断大网膜转移癌的部位及内部结构具有临床价值. |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasonography for greater omentum metatases. Methods The ultrasonic appearances of 50 cases of omental metastases were analyzed. Results Of all the 50 patients,the diffusive thickening of greater omentum was 20 cases,among whom were 10 patients with hypoechoic nodules,and local thickening was 27 cases,hypoechoic nodules in 15 cases,solitary nodule in 1 case.The 3 caeses were missed diagnosed. Conclusion Ultrasonography has great clinical value in judgement ... |
