| 摘 要： | 目的探讨临产孕妇凝血功能变化。方法采用仪器磁珠法,测定PT、APTT、TT、FIB指标,并进行分析研究。结果与健康非孕妇比较,临产孕妇的PT值明显降低,FIB水平明显升高,均有显著性差异,而APTT、TT检测结果无显著性差异。结论孕妇正常分娩前血液处于高凝状态,对临产孕妇进行凝血指标检测,可早期发现凝血功能的改变,对防止产后异常出血,DIC及血栓病的发生有重要意义。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the coagulant function changes of parturient women. Methods APTT,TT,PT,FIB were measured and analyzed using the determination method of instruments magnetic beads. Results Compared with nonpregnant healthy women,PT of pregnant women was significantly decreased,and FIB was significantly improved,while the detection results of APTT,TT were not statistically significant.
