糖尿病周围神经病变50例临床观察

目的观察糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效及预后。方法将50例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为两组,对照组给予控制血糖、肌肉注射弥可保、静脉滴注脉络宁针30m l,1次/d;治疗组在对照组的基础上加用黄芪注射液80 m l,1次/d,3周为一疗程。治疗前后评价症状及神经电生理变化。结果治疗组有效率96.2%,对照组有效率87.5%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。运动及感觉神经传导速度(NCV)变化治疗前后有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论黄芪注射液加脉络宁注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变,肢体麻木、疼痛等感觉异常明显好转,肌电图测定的神经传导速度有不同程度增快。

Observation of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy 50 Cases

Objective To observe the curative effect and prognosis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods 50 cases diabetic peripheral neuropathy were divided into two groups at random.The control group was given controling blood sugar,intramuscular injection Methycobal,intravenous drip infusion 30 ml Mailuoning,1 time/d.The therapy group added to inject the liquid 80 ml with astragali injection,1 time/d,3 weeks was one course of treatment on the foundation of control group.To evaluate the symptom and nerve electricity physiology variety afler the treatment.Results Between the therapy group and control group there was obvious difference(effective rate 96.2% vs 87.5%,P<0.05).Conclusion There are better effect that astragali injection adding Mailuoning injection to treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy,the body numbness,ache,etc.Electromyography nerve conduction velocity increase in different degree.
