护理干预对老年痴呆患者日常生活自理能力的影响

目的探讨积极的护理干预对老年痴呆患者日常生活自理能力的影响。方法对33例老年痴呆患者采取日常生活的护理、自我照顾能力的训练、认知训练及安全管理、心理护理。6个月后采用Χ^2检验评估护理干预效果。结果33例老年痴呆患者日常生活能力较护理干预实施前有显著改变。结论积极的护理干预对老年痴呆患者日常生活自理能力有显著改善作用。

Influence of nursing intervention on the ability of daily living of patients with senile dementia

Objective To probe into the influence of active nursing intervention on the ability of daily living of patients with senile dementia. Methods Nursing of daily living, training for self- care and cognitive capacity, safety management and psychological nursing were carried out in a total of 33 patients who suffered from senile dementia. 6 months later, the effect of nursing intervention was appraised. Results The ability of daily living of 33 patients with senile dementia had obvious improvement after nursing intervention compared with that before nursing intervention. Conclusions Active nursing intervention can largely facilitate the ability of daily living of patients with senile dementia.
