手术患者术前出血倾向筛查结果分析

目的 调查术前患者出、凝血过筛项目在不同科室的差异。方法 取骨科、产科、五官科、普外科、肿瘤外科术前患者血浆，分别检测凝血酶原时间、活化的部分凝血酶原时间、凝血酶时间、纤维蛋白原等项目，结果 行统计学分析。结果上述指标检测值在不同科室有非常显著的差异，P〈0．01。结论 不同类型手术患者具有不同出、凝血的病理生理基础。常规凝血项目可以检测出其差异。

Study of bleeding tendency screening in preoperative patients

Objective To investigate the difference of coagulation and bleeding tendency of preoperative patients in different departments.Methods A preoperative study was conducted by getting the plasma from the patients in the departments of bone,obstetrics,facial features,general surgery and tumor.Preoperative test results (activated partial thromboplastin timeAPTT],prothrombin timePT],thrombin timeTT] and fibrinogenFg]) were recorded and statistically analyzed.Results The test results had distinguished difference among different departments,P<0.01.Conclusion The patients in different surgical types had different pathology and physiology mechanism in coagulation and bleeding tendency.The differences can be detected using routine coagulation test.
