| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨老年胆石症合并糖尿病的外科治疗方法及效果。方法：回顾性分析我科2000年1月至2006年1月手术治疗的45例60岁以上老年胆石症患者的情况。结果：急诊手术12例、择期手术33例；治愈39例、好转6例；术后发生并发症10例（占22．2％）。无酮症酸中毒发生。结论：做好围手术期的处理厦合理选用手术方式是治疗成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the method and effect on the surgical treatment of cholelithiasis in elderly patients associated with diabetes mellitus.Methods:The features and the surgical treatment of cholelithiasis in 45 elderly patients associated with diabetes mellitus from Jan 2000 to Jan 2006 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Of all 45 cases,12 cases underwent emergency operations and 33 cases received elective operations;39 patients were cured and 6 patients were improved,no case died;the postoperative complications were found in 10 cases,the morbidity rate was 22.2% and no ketonemia occurred.Conclusions:The key to the treatment was good preoperative management and proper way of operation. |
