| 摘 要： | 目的:研究肠溶衣对吲哚美辛肠溶片含量测定的影响。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,并进行配对设计的t检验。结果:肠溶衣溶液在 310～340 nm范围内无吸收。P>0.05(n=5)。差别无显著性意义。结论:肠溶衣对吲哚美辛肠溶片的含量测定无干扰,可不除肠溶衣进行该片的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effect of an enteric-coating on the determination of indometacin enteric-coated tablet. Method: A ultraviolet sperttrophotometer was used. Result: The enteric-coat soluation had not been absorbed within a range of 310 to 340 nm. There was no remarkable difference(P>0.05). Conclusion: There is no effect of enteric coating on the determination of indometacin enteric-coated tablet. |
