高频超声对乳腺肿块的诊断

目的:探讨高频超声对乳腺肿块的诊断。方法:对38例经高频超声检查诊断并经手术病理证实的乳腺肿块进行回顾性分析。结果:经高频超声诊断38例肿块中,囊性9例,实性29例;良性31例,恶性7例。与手术病理对照肿块检出率100%,对肿块的囊实性检出率也是100%;良恶性肿块除1例与手术病理不符合外,总符合率达97.4%。结论:高频超声检查对乳腺肿块的性质、良恶性鉴别诊断均有指导意义,此检查方法应做为乳腺肿块诊断的首选方法之一。

High Frequency Utrasound for Diagnosis of Breast Masses.

Objective To evaluate the high frequency ultrasonographic for the diagnosis of breast masses. Methods The diagnosis of 38 cases with breast masses confirmed surgically and pathologically were reviewed. Results Of the 38 cases,9 cystic and 29 parenchymatous were involred in this observation. There were 31 cases of benign breast masses and 7 cases of malignancy. The result of high frequency ultrasonography was compared to surgery and pathology. The detected rate of breast masses was 100%, and the detected rate of cystic or parenchy matous masses was 100% espectively. The overall coincidence rate of benign and malignant masses was 97.4% ,and only in one cases, the diagnosis was not correspondent to that of surgery and pathology. Conclusion High frequency uhrasonographic which provides significant quides to the characteristics and the localization of the breast masses should be the first useful and the chief alternative means used to the differential diagnosis and selecting clinical operation for breast masses.
