| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨柴芍健脾汤治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:将本病患者74例随机分为治疗组和对照组各37例,治疗组予柴芍健脾汤治疗,对照组予吗丁啉片治疗。结果:治疗组的总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05);且治疗组在改善饱胀、上腹痛不适、早饱、嗳气、纳差、恶心、呕吐、泛酸、烧心等临床症状方面也明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:柴芍健脾汤治疗功能性消化不良疗效明显。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effect on functional dyspepsia treated by Chaishao Jianpi decoction.Method:74 cases were randomly divided into 37cases each in the treatment group and control group.Cases in the treatment group were treated by Chaishao Jianpi decoction and cases in the control group treated by Domperidone tablets.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05),The improvements of sensation of fullness,epigastric pain,belching,appetite poor,nausea,bepanthen and heartburn in the treatment group were superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chaishao Jianpi decoction had significant effect for treating functional dyspepsia. |
