| 摘 要： | 目的 总结平阳霉素(PYM)、地塞米松(DXM)联合注射治疗儿童颌面部血管瘤的疗效及其优点。方法 收集1997年9月至2001年9月,用PYM、DXM联合注射治疗儿童颌面部血管瘤41例(43个瘤体)。结果 经10～24个月随访,治愈23例(56.10％),基本治愈15例(36.59％),有效3例(7.31％)。治愈和基本治愈率为92.69％,有效率为100％。结论PYM、DXM联合注射治疗儿童颌面部血管瘤,具有疗程短、疗效高、不良反应小等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective The effect of combined Pinyangmycin and Dexamethasone injection to treat hemangioma in children in maxillofacial regions was evaluated. Methods The medical records of 41 patients with hemangioma in the maxillofacial regions between September, 1997 and September, 2001 were reviewed. Pinyangmycin and Dexamethasone were combined and injected into the cavity or the circumference of the hemangioma. Results 41 patients were followed up for 10 - 24 months. The cure and elementary cure rates were 92.69% , and the total effective rate was 100% . Conclusion This method was a safe, simple and effective therapy to hemangioma in children in the maxillofacial regions. |
