| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨P波离散度与阵发性心房颤动的关系。方法 观察测量30例阵发性颤动患者P波离散度和P波最大时限,并与无阵发性心房颤动患者相比较。结果 阵发性心房颤动组P波离散度和P波最大时限与对照组比较差异均有显著性意义（P＜0．01）。结论 P波离散度是预测心房颤动的一个体表心电图可靠指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of Chinese medicine on side-effects of long, heavy-dosage use of hormonotherapy in treating nephrotic syndrome. Methods Nephrotic syndrome patients treated with hormonotherapy were randomly divided into 2 groups with 22 cases as experimental group(treated with Chinese medicine) and 20 cases as control group to observe curative effects respectively. Results Cure rate and effective rate of experimental group were respectively 68.8% and 81.8%, which were strikingly higher than in control group(30% and 35% respectively, P <0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine can effectively cure the side effects of hormonotherapy in treating nephrotic sydrome patients. |
