| 摘 要： | 目的探讨外伤性骨盆骨折后尿道损伤的治疗体会。方法对48例外伤性骨盆骨折后尿道损伤的病人采用会师术治疗39例,尿道吻合术7例,膀胱造瘘术2例。结果尿道会师术成功35例,尿道吻合术成功5例,ED发生率分别是28.1%(11/39例)和28.5%(2/7例)。结论笔者认为,外伤性骨盆骨折后尿道损伤可以早期行尿道会师术,术中尽量减少耻骨后区操作,降低医源性ED(Erectile Disfunction)的发生率。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the experience to diagnosis and treat the posterior urethral injury after traumatic pelvie fractuer.Methods Immediate reconstruction of ruptured urethra by Bank method employed was 39 cases,The urethral anastomosis was 7 cases,the urinary bladder fistulization was 2 cases.Results Immediate reconstruction of ruptured urethra by Bank method employed was 39 cases,The urethral anastomosis was 7 cases,the urinary bladder fistulization was 2 cases.Conclusion Our opinions are that we should immediately do reconstruction of ruptured urethra by Bank method after traumatic pelvie fractuer urethral injury,decrease the handle during the operation in the retropabes,reduce incidence of noxocomial ED. |
