改良McBride术治疗拇外翻33 例疗效分析

目的评价改良McBride术治疗拇外翻的疗效。方法通过回顾分析近10年有完整随访结果的33例（52足）拇外翻行改良McBride术患者,对比手术前后拇外翻角HVA和IMA矫正度,参照美国足踝矫形学会拇外翻评分标准进行评定分析。结果随访最少60个月。患者住院时间平均10d,平均石膏固定时间为21d。术后开始负重时间平均50d。平均HVA矫正度为18.2°,平均IMA校正度为3.4°。术后60个月时,优良率96%。结论该方法治疗拇外翻简便易行,矫形满意,可矫正较大的第1、2跖骨间角,适用于中度拇外翻患者。

Effects of Ipv-McBride Operation in Treating 33 Patients with Pollexvalgus

Objective To study the Effects of ipv- McBride operation on pollex valgus. Methods Retrospectively analysize 33patients（52 feet） with pollex valgus from 1995 ~ 2008, who were operated withipv - McBride operation. To contrast the HAV or IMA between Pre - operation and post - operation. Therapeutic results were evaluated according to the Clinical rating systems for the ankle hind foot, mid foot, hallux and lesser toes. Results The average follow time are sixty months. Length of patient stay are ten days on average, gypsumfixation time are twenty - one days on average, weight loading time after operation are fifty days on average. Rectification degree on HAV are 18.2~ on average, Rectifi- cation degree on IMA are 3.4° on average. Fine ratio of post - operation 60months are 96%. Conclusion Ipv - McBride operation is a convenient , reliable operation, and refer to midrange patients with pollex valgus.
