| 摘 要： | 核酸是遗传的物质基础。机体的生长，发育与衰老均与核酸代谢密切相关，本文使用人胎盘ＤＮＡ喂养动物，经半个月观察后，表明给予ＤＮＡ组小鼠体重增加明显大于对照组小鼠，Ｐ＜０．０１。过去对蛋白质的营养价值很重视，而对核酸的摄入则很少问津，本研究表明，外源ＤＮＡ可促进小鼠的生长。说明机体在生长发育适当加核酸的供给，有助于机体的生长，发育。高核酸食品应引起人们的重视。 |

| Abstract: | Nucleic acid is the hereditary material which plays an important role in the growth and development of organism. DNA isolated from human placenta was supplied to the mice orally. The weight of the mice and condition of life were observed before and after feeding DNA for 15 days. The results show that the weight of feeding DNA mice was significantly increased than thant of control mice (P<0.0025).The experiment suggests that foreign nucleic acid can improve the growth of mice.The higher content of nucleic acid in food can be beneficial to growing organism. The nutrient value of nucleic acid in food shonld be emphasized. |
