摘    要:目的验证褐藻多糖铁(SPIC)的补血效果。方法腹腔注射环磷酰胺给小鼠造模,造成其免疫缺陷贫血,然后灌胃给药,检查外周血象、血清铁和转铁蛋白浓度、粒系造血祖细胞集落(CFU-GM)和成纤维细胞集落(CFU-F)培养、T淋巴细胞增殖率。结果SPIC高剂量组对外周血象的恢复、粒系造血祖细胞集落和成纤维细胞集落的形成以及T淋巴细胞的增殖,都有很好的效果,而且该组的血清铁和转铁蛋白含量也与市售多糖铁胶囊组相近。结论SPIC不但能够给机体补充铁,而且还能发挥其配体褐藻多糖(SP)的免疫调节作用,是一种具有多重作用的补血剂。

Abstract:Aim To confirm the ability of Seaweed Polysaccharides Iron Complex to produce blood.Methods Cyclophosphamide was injected into the venter of mice to make them immunodeficient anaemic.Drugs were given orally and WBC,RBC,HGB and PLT,concentration of iron in the serum,CFU-GM,CFU-F and multiplication of lymphocyte T were detected.Results A high dose of SPIC had good effect on resumption of WBC,RBC,HGB and PLT,cultivation of CFU-GM and CFU-F and multiplication of lymphocyte T.Its concentration of iron and transf...
