| 摘 要： | 目的验证褐藻多糖铁（SPIC）的补血效果。方法腹腔注射环磷酰胺给小鼠造模，造成其免疫缺陷贫血，然后灌胃给药，检查外周血象、血清铁和转铁蛋白浓度、粒系造血祖细胞集落（CFU-GM）和成纤维细胞集落（CFU-F）培养、T淋巴细胞增殖率。结果SPIC高剂量组对外周血象的恢复、粒系造血祖细胞集落和成纤维细胞集落的形成以及T淋巴细胞的增殖，都有很好的效果，而且该组的血清铁和转铁蛋白含量也与市售多糖铁胶囊组相近。结论SPIC不但能够给机体补充铁，而且还能发挥其配体褐藻多糖（SP）的免疫调节作用，是一种具有多重作用的补血剂。 |
