| 摘 要： | 目的探讨剖宫产术同时切除子宫肌瘤的安全性和可行性。方法回顾性分析四川省江油九O三医院妇产科68例剖宫产术同时切除子宫肌瘤患者及68例妊娠未合并子宫肌瘤仅行剖宫产术患者的临床资料。结果剖宫产术同时切除子宫肌瘤组手术时间较对照组延长19分钟(p<0.05),两组孕妇术中术后出血量,术后血红蛋白下降值及术后恢复情况差异均无显著性。结论患者一般情况良好时,由有经验的产科医生剖宫产术同时切除子宫肌瘤是安全的和可行的。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the safety and feasibility of cesarean myomectomy.Methods In this retrospective study,68 patients underwent cesarean myomectomywere compared with 68 patients without uterine myoma who underwent cesarean alone.Results The average duration of operation was more than 19 minutes longer in the patients who underwent cesarean myomectomy than those underwent cesarean alone(p<0.05).The amount of blood loss,drop in average haemoglobin and rehabilitation during postoperation were similar between... |
