麻风病院内65岁以上愈后休养员体检分析

目的：了解我院65岁以上麻风愈后休养员身体状况和疾病构成。方法：对我院65岁以上老人进行体检。结果：共有158例入选，其中2种或2种以上指标异常者148例，占体检总人数的93.7%。疾病发病率由高到低依次为视力异常69.62%、高血脂63.29% 、高血压54.43%、心电图异常46.20%、自理能力缺陷44.30%、口腔疾病40.50%、肢体畸残32.9%、B超结果异常28.48%、高血糖18.99%、麻风性溃疡18.35%、面部畸形14.57%。结论：本研究中麻风病愈后休养员合并疾病较多，视力异常和高血脂发病率较高。

Analysis of health examination of cured patients with leprosy over 65-year-old

Objective: To investigate the physical state and diseases among the cured patients with leprosy over 65-years-old in Hanzhong Leprosarium.Methods: Medical examination was performed among the patients aged over 65 years old in our hospital. Results: One hundred and fifty eight cases were included. Of the 158 cases, 148 (93.7%) had two or more diseases. The morbidities of subnormal vision, hyperlipidemia, hypertension , abnormal electrocardiogram, self-care ability defect, oral disease, limb deformity, abnormal ultrasound results, hyperglycemia, leprosy ulcer, facial deformity were 69.62%, 63.29%, 54.43%, 46.20%, 44.30%, 40.50%,32.9%, 28.48%,18.99%, 18.35% and 14.57%, respectively. Conclusion: The cured patients with leprosy over 65-years-old are complicated with more diseases and the common diseases are subnormal vision and hyperlipidemia.
