人精子有效抗原的分析

本实验运用免疫性不育症患者血清和精浆中抗精子抗体对精子可溶性抗原的有效决定簇进行了SDS-PAGE和Westera Blot法的分析。结果表明:1.经反复冻融所提取的精子可溶性抗原具有较高的特异性。2.男性血清中抗精子抗体的靶抗原种类多于女性。3.精浆中抗精子抗体的靶抗原种类多于血清。4.精子抗原中58KD_a、69KD_a和91KD_a成份为抗精子抗体阳性的男性血清和精浆、女性血清共同识别的靶抗原。5.精子抗原中20KD_a成份可能是刺激男性生殖道淋巴组织产生与免疫不育有关抗体的特异性、功能性抗原。提示由于精子抗原对生殖道刺激产生抗体的方式、途径和部位不同,导致血清和精浆中抗精子抗体的克隆数不同。

ANALYSIS OF EFFECTIVE ANTIGENS ON HUMAN SPERMS

In this study antisperm antibodies (AsAb) in infertile men or women's serum and seminal plasma were used to determine the effective soluble antigens on sperm by using the methods of SDS-PAGE and western Blot. The results show that:1. the soluble sperm antigens are highly specific. 2. varieties of AsAb in men's serum are more than those in women's serum. 3. varieties of AsAb in seminal plasma are more than those in serum. 4. 58KDa. 69KDa and 91KDa components of soluble sperm antigens are common target antigens which can be recognized by AsAb positive serum and seminal plasma 5. it is possible that 20KDa component is a specific and functional antigen which can stimulate the production of AsAb. The study suggests that through different ways and paths and affecting different parts of the body sperm antigen can stimulate human body producing different kinds of AsAb in serum or seminal plasma.
