异位性皮炎患者外周血T淋巴细胞CD28和可诱导共刺激分子的表达

目的探讨CD28和可诱导共刺激分子（ICOS）在异位性皮炎（AD）患者外周血T淋巴细胞的表达。方法采用免疫荧光双标记流式细胞术检测25例AD患者外周血T淋巴细胞CD28和ICOS的表达，参照欧洲AD评分标准（SCORAD）对病情严重程度进行评分，分析CD28和ICOS的表达水平与病情严重程度的相关性。结果AD患者组外周血T淋巴细胞CD28和ICOS的表达水平高于正常对照组（P〈0.01），ICOS的表达水平与SCORAD评分呈正相关（r=0．68，P〈0．01）。结论AD患者外周血T淋巴细胞CD28和ICOS表达增高，ICOS的表达水平可作为反映病情严重程度的一个指标。

Expression of CD28 and inducible co-stimulator on T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of patients with atopic dermatitis.

Objective To investigate the expression of CD28 and inducible co-Stimulator（ICOS） on T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of patients with atopic dermatitis（AD）. Methods Immunofluorescent two-color flow cytometry was used to study the expression of CD28 and ICOS of T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of 25 patients with AD. SCORAD was used to grade for disease severity. The correlation of disease severity with the level of CD28 and ICOS expression was indentified. Results The level of CD28 and ICOS expression on T lympheeytes in peripheral blood of patients with AD were significandy higher in patients than that in control group（P 〈 0.01）. The level of ICOS expression was correlated strongly with the score of SCORAD（ r = 0.68, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The expression of CD28 and ICOS on T lymphoeytes in peripheral blood of patients with AD are increased. The level of ICOS expression may be a marker of disease severity.
