临床路径在电子病历系统中的实现

介绍了临床路径的概念、目的，以及我国实施临床路径的现状。根据国家卫生部发布的临床路径标准，福建省于2010年6,,EJ启动临床路径管理试点。厦门大学附属厦门眼科中心作为试点医院之一，选择老年性白内障临床路径作为试点，采用电子病历系统实现临床路径管理，进一步规范了临床诊疗工作，提高了患者满意度。

The Realization of Clinical Pathway in Electronic Medical Record

This article describes the concept, aim of clinical pathway and the actual situation of clinical pathway implementation in our country. Fujian province started clinical pathway management experiment in June, 2010 in accordance with the clinical pathway standard issued by National Ministry of Health. Xiamen Ophthalmology Center of Xiamen University, one of the experimental spots, selects senile cataract clinical pathway as the experiment, carries out clinical pathway management by adopting electronic medical record system, and further standardizes clinical medical work, increasing patients＇ degree of satisfaction.
