HPLC法测定复方皮炎平霜中盐酸苯海拉明的含量

目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定复方皮炎平霜中盐酸苯海拉明的含量。方法:色谱柱为Shimpack VP-ODS4.6mm×15cm C18,流动相为乙腈-1%三乙胺(29:71)(用冰醋酸调节pH至6.5),检测波长为230nm,流速为1.0ml/min,进样量为20μl。结果:盐酸苯海拉明在0.09mg/ml~0.45mg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为102.3%,RSD为0.69%。结论:本法简便、快速、准确,回收率好,可用于复方皮炎平霜的质量控制。

Determination of Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride in Compound Piyanping Cream by HPLC

Objective To establish HPLC for content determination of diphenhydramine hydrochloride in compound piyanping cream. Methods The chromato bar was Shimpack VP-ODS 4.6 mm×15 cm C18,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-1% CH3CH2)3N (29:71),with the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min and detective wave at 230 nm,the sample size was 20 μl .Results The linear was 0.09 mg/ml～0.45 mg/ml (r=0.9999),the average recovery was 102.3%,RSD=0.69% Conclusion The method is convenient,rapid, accurate ,and brings good recovery. It can be used for the quality control of compound piyanping cream .
