高等医学教育教学模式的改革

我国社会、经济、科学文化迅速发展,卫生服务需求日益增长,需要更多的高层次医学人才。高等医学教育承担着这项任务。但我国现行的高等医学教育教学模式难以很好地完成这一任务。主要存在培养目标不明确、特色不突出;课程设置以学科为中心,教学内容偏离医学工作实际需要;教学方法以教师为中心,重知识灌输,轻技能培养和职业价值;学习评价方式重知识记忆,轻能力提高。为此,我国高等医学教育教学模式应进行改革。笔者认为应规定国家统一的高等医学教育核心教学内容,积极推进课程整合;教学方法以学生为中心,引导学生主动学习,强化实践环节;评价方式上强调能力培养,体现考试的"指挥棒"作用。
