脑室引流加腰穿治疗脑室出血52例临床分析

目的：探讨脑室引流加腰穿治疗脑室出血的临床意义。方法：本科2001年6月～2008年6月收治52例脑室出血患者,采用综合治疗措施,观察其疗效。结果：本组术后随访6个月,完全恢复日常生活6例（11.5%）,部分恢复日常生活14例（26.9%）,生活需要照顾或护理27例（51.9%）,死亡5例（9.6%）。结论：脑室引流加腰椎穿刺治疗脑出血,疗效确切,术后并发症少,患者病程缩短,值得推广。

Ventricle and lumbar puncture treatment of intraventricular hemorrhage in 52 cases

Objective：To investigate the clinical significance of treatment of the ventricle and lumbar puncture intraventricular hemorrhage.Methods： 52 patients of intraventricular hemorrhage from June 2001 to June 2008 were treated by combined therapy in our department,observe the effects.Results：52 patients were followed up for 6 months,fully restored daily in 6 cases（11.5%）,partial restoration of daily life in 14 cases（26.9%）,living in need of care or care in 27 cases（51.9%）, 5 cases died（9.6%）.Conclusion：Ventricle and lumbar puncture treatment of cerebral hemorrhage is effective,postoperative complications is fewer and the course of disease in patients is shorten,it is worthy of popularizing.
