| 摘 要： | 消银灵是以干地黄水提取物为主药的复方胶囊剂。从1989年4月至1990年4月在皮肤科门诊观察了对47例寻常型银屑病的疗效。一般成人剂量为每次3个胶囊,每天三次口服,经30～45天的治疗,治愈率55.5%,总有效率95.8%,并且无发现明显不良反应.结果提示本品对银屑病为一高效低毒的药物。 |

| Abstract: | Xiaoyinling prepared by us is a capsule complex that the main-drug is an aqueous ex- tract from Radix Rehmanniae.From april 1989,we treated 47 outpatients of psoriasis vulgaris with the capsule.The usual oral dose for adult is 3 capsules three times a day.Through Therapy of 30～40 days,the results show that Cure rate is 55.5%,total effi- cacy rate is 95.8%,and the remarkable untoward reaction was not observed.The results suggest that the xiaoyinling is a high efficacy drug therapeutic for psoriasis valgaris,and its toxicity is lower. |
