| 摘 要： | 本文报告慢性肺心病并发多脏器衰竭78例,死亡30例,病死率为38.5％。肺心以外脏器以脑受累率最高,以胃受累死亡率最高。发生2脏器衰竭的病死率为22.9%脏器衰竭的病死率为42.8％,4个或4个以上脏器衰竭的病死率为77.8％。2脏器衰竭与3脏器以上衰竭病死率相差非常显著(P<0.01)。并对发病原因及其防治进行了讨论。 |

| Abstract: | 78 cases of chronic cor pulmonale with multiple organ failure (MOF) are reviewed in this paper.30 cases died, the cases mortality rate is 38.5%.Among the organs other than the heart and the lungs, the involvement rate of the brain is higher, and the mortality due to distress ulcer is the highest of them.The cases mortality rate of cases of organ failure with two, three, four or above organs is 22.9%, 42.8%and 77.8% respectively.The dif ferences of cases mortality rate between two and three or more organs failure are of statisti- cal significance (P<0.01).The pathogenesis, prevention and treatment of MOF are dis- cussed. |
