2012—2021年重庆市儿童青少年交通伤害死亡特征及变化趋势

摘    要:目的 了解2012—2021年重庆市儿童青少年交通伤害死亡特征及变化趋势,为开展交通伤害干预提供建议。方法 2012—2021年重庆市儿童青少年交通伤害死亡(ICD-10:V01-V99)个案信息来自重庆市死因监测系统,采用SPSS 25.0统计分析死亡率、构成比,不同性别、地区死亡率比较采用χ2检验,死亡率的趋势分析采用年度变化百分比(annual percent of change, APC)表示。结果 重庆市儿童青少年交通伤害死亡率由2012年的6.80/10万下降至2021年的1.83/10万,APC为-14.62%,变化趋势差异有统计学意义(t=15.088,P<0.001)。2016年前男性交通伤害死亡率高于女性,2014年前农村地区交通伤害死亡率高于城市,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男性、女性、城市、农村儿童青少年交通伤害死亡率分别以年均14.96%、14.02%、10.60%、15.21%下降,变化趋势差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。0~4岁、5~9岁、10~14岁、15~17岁交通伤害死亡率分别以年均13.84%、1...

Abstract:Objective To analyze the characteristics and changing trend of deaths caused by road traffic injury among children and adolescents in Chongqing Municipality from 2012 and 2021, and to provide suggestions for conducting road traffic injury intervention. Methods The information regarding death cases due to road traffic injury (ICD-10:V01-V99) in children and adolescents in Chongqing Municipality from 2012 to 2021 were derived from Chongqing death registration system. The mortality rate and proportion of road traffic accident were analyzed by SPSS 25.0 software. The differences in the mortality rates of road trafficinjury between males and females as well as between urban and rural areas were compared by χ2 test. The trend changes in the mortality rates of road traffic injury between 2012 and 2021 were analyzed by annual percent change (APC). Results The mortality rate of road traffic injury among children and adolescents in Chongqing Municipality decreased from 6.80/100,000 in 2012 to 1.83/100,000 in 2021, the APC was -14.62%, and the changing trend showed a statistically significant difference (t=15.088, P<0.001). The mortality rates of road traffic injury before 2016 were higher in males than in females, and those before 2014 were higher in rural area than in urban area, showing statistically significant differences (both P<0.05). The mortality rates of road traffic injury in male, female, urban and rural children and adolescents decreased by 14.96%, 14.02%, 10.60% and 15.21% annually, respectively, and the changing trends showed statistically significant differences (all P<0.05). The mortality rates of road traffic injury in children and adolescents aged 0-4 years, 5-9 years, 10-14 years, and 15-17 years decreased by 13.84%, 16.22%, 11.93% and 15.55% annually, respectively, and the changing trends showed statistically significant differences (all P<0.05). Pedestrian injuries due to transport accidents accounted for more than 70% of road traffic injury. Conclusion The mortality rates of road traffic injury among children and adolescents in Chongqing Municipality from 2012 and 2021 showed a rapid downward trend. Road traffic injury involving children and adolescents as pedestrians was the main cause. It should be conducted comprehensive intervention on road traffic injury persistently.
