| 摘 要： | 笔者报道了1例发生在中年女性右侧胫骨近端的非骨化性纤维瘤（NOF）的X线、磁共振成像及PET/CT影像表现，并通过文献回顾总结了NOF的18F-氟脱氧葡萄糖（FDG） PET/CT影像表现。关于NOF的18F-FDG PET/CT检查的报道不多，充分认识其影像征象，有助于获取更多的信息，进而做出准确诊断。

| Abstract: | The authors reported a case of non-ossifying fibroma (NOF) located in the cortical layer of the proximal tibia of a middle-aged woman. The characteristics of NOF were analyzed from X-ray, magnetic resonance imaging and 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) PET/CT. The imaging features on 18F-FDG PET/CT were summarized through literature review. NOF can show mild-to-moderate 18F-FDG uptake on PET/CT. There are few reports on 18F-FDG PET/CT examination of NOF. So emphasize the awareness of this situation and get full understanding of its imaging signs are particularly important to get more information and make accurate diagnosis. |
