鳖甲煎丸联合大黄虫丸抗肝纤维化的临床研究

目的:研究鳖甲煎丸联合大黄虫丸抗肝纤维化的作用。方法:以临床诊断为肝纤维化患者220例为观察对象,随机分为4组,每组55例,设(A)对照组,(B)鳖甲煎丸组,(C)大黄虫丸组,(D)鳖甲煎丸+大黄虫丸联合用药组,分别治疗,观察治疗前后肝纤维化血清学指标:肝纤四项(透明质酸HA、层粘连蛋白LN、Ⅳ型胶原CⅣ、Ⅲ型前胶原氨基端肽PⅢNP)和彩色多普勒超声检查:血流动力学指标(门静脉内径、门静脉平均血流速度、脾静脉内径、脾静脉平均血流速度)。结果:除对照组外,肝纤四项指标均低于治疗前,血流动力学得以改善,鳖甲煎丸组和大黄虫丸2组无明显区别(P>0.05),但与对照组相比明显改善(P<0.05),联合组与对照组、鳖甲煎丸组和大黄虫丸组各项指标的改善更加明显(P<0.05)。结论:鳖甲煎丸和大黄虫丸均能降低慢性肝炎患者的血清纤维化指标和肝脏彩色多普勒超声图像指标,二者联合用药效果更为显著。

Clinical Study on Bie-jia-Jian Pills and Da-huang-zhe-zhong Pills in the Treatment of Hepatic Fibrosis

Objective:To explore the anti-fibrosis effect of Union BieJiaJian Pill and DaHuang ZheChong Pill in the treatment of Hepatic Fibrosis.Methods:220 patients with hepatic fibrosis as observed object,which were divided into four groups(A Group is Control Group?B Group is BieJiaJian Pill Group?C Group is DaHuang ZheChong Pill Group and D Group is Union BieJiaJian Pill and DaHuang ZheChong Pill Group).There are 55 cases in per group.The patients treat by different methods,the serological parameters of fibrosis and Colour Doopler screenages would be checked after treatment.Results:Each group cases' serological parameters of fibrosis and the Colour Doopler screenages are better than before treatment except A Group.There aren't different between the C Group and D Group(P >0.05).But there are significant different between the B?C?D groups and A Group(P <0.05).Conclusion:BieJiaJian Pill and DaHuang ZheChong Pill can effect to preventing hepatitis fibrosis,with using two kind of pills are better than one of them.
