摘    要:
全蝎粉末显微特征主要为两种刚毛及体壁碎片,体壁碎片上有多边形纹理、圆形乳头状突起及毛窝。纸层析用正丁醇—冰醋酸—乙醇—水(4:1:1:2)做展开剂,0.5%茚三酮显色,显3个斑点,只Rf值为0.26、0.34、0.45。纸上电泳爪甲酸—乙酸缓冲液,200V恒压电泳2.5小时,0.5%茚三酮显色,显7个斑点,泳动值为6.4、11.3、12.4、14.1、15.2、17.1、17.9(cm)。紫外光谱测定在258.9nm处显示最大吸收。

Abstract:
Two different bristles and fragments of body wall were the powder features on the chinese crude drug "QUAN XIE" There are polygonal grains, papillaes and hair cavits on the surface of the fragments of body wall. Three spots Rf value at 0.26, 0.34, 0.45 were showed by paper-layer chromatography with n-butyl alcohol; ice acetic acid; ethyl alcohol; water(4:1=1:2). After paper electrophoresis with buffer salution of formic-acetic acid and apraying 0.5% Ninhydrin solution, it shows R.M.at 6.4, 11.3, 12.4, 14.1, 15.2, 17.1, 17.9, (cm).An absorption peak at 258.gnm was determined by UV absorption spectrum.
