一起感染诺瓦克样病毒引起的群体性胃肠炎的流行病学调查与分析

目的 对一起诺瓦克样病毒引起的群体性胃肠炎进行调查和分析。方法 应用现场流行病学调查方法加以调查,对采集标本用RT-PCR进行实验检测。结果 共发生病例71例,在采集的12宗粪便标本中,4宗RT-PCR结果为诺瓦克样病毒阳性,阳性率33．3％(4／12)。通过加强饮食管理和个人卫生,加强对疫点环境、设施、教学用具消毒处理等综合措施,首例病例出现8d后疫情得到有效控制。结论 本次疫情为感染诺瓦克样病毒而引起的一起群体性急性胃肠炎爆发流行。

An Epidemiological Investigation and Analysis for Population Viral Incident Caused by Norwalk-like Virus

Objective To investigate, treat and analyze of population viral gastroenteritis incident caused by Norwalk like virus. Methods The data were collected by spot epidemic investigation and the samples were examined by RT PCR. Results The total studied cases were 71. Among the 12 collected samples, 4 were positive of Norwalk like virus detection by RT PCR. The positive rate was 33.3%(4/12). The comprehensive measurements, such as food management and disinfections treatments for the environment were implemented in time and the epidemic situation was controlled effectively after 8 days of the first case occurred. Conclusion The incident was an acute gastroenteritis outbreak caused by Norwalk like virus.
