高龄股骨转子区骨折的三种内固定方法比较

目的比较高龄股骨转子区骨折的不同内固定治疗效果.方法129例病人采用鹅头钉内固定治疗55例,DSH 37例,Gamma钉37例.比较三种内固定临床疗效,并进行生物力学分析.结果经8～24个月随访,根据功能和X线拍片,三种内固定的优良率鹅头钉是87.27%,DSH是88.30%,Gamma钉是89.60%.结论作者认为治疗高龄股骨转子区骨折,内固定选择要有针对性.

A comparison between the three internal fixation treatment for femoral intertrochanteric fracture in older

Objective To comparative and analyze the three internal fixation treatment for femoral interochanteric fracture in older. Methods 129 patients had been treated with three internal fixation treatments. Among them, 55 cases were fixed with hip nail, 37 cases were fixed with DHS, 37 cases were fixed with Gamma nail. The authors compared the dinical results of the three internal fixation and analysed the biomechanics.Results Following-up period ranged from 8 months to 24 months (average 14 months) in 129 patients. The patients were evaluated in regard to function and X-ray film. The excellent rate of hip nail internal fixation treatment was 87.27%, DSH was 88.30%, and Gamma nail was 89.6% .Conclusion Author consides that for femoral interochanteric fracture in older the surgeon would select a proper method for it.
