超声法提取马齿苋多糖的研究

摘    要:目的探讨用超声法提取马齿苋多糖的工艺条件。方法通过正交试验优化超声法提取马齿苋多糖的工艺条件,并与传统水提法比较。结果最佳提取工艺为在60℃加10倍量水超声提取45 min,提取2次。结论与传统水提法相比,超声法提取马齿苋多糖,提取率高,节省提取时间。

Abstract:Objective: To study on the ultrasonic extraction of polysaccharides of Portulaca oleracea by ultrasonic method.Methods: The ultrasonic method was used to gain the optimization extract condition of polysaccharides of Portulaca oleracea by and compared with the traditional water extraction.Results: Optimizing tests show that extraction duration should be at 45 min,temperature of extraction at 60 ℃,solvent-solid ratio 10∶1.Conclusion: Compared with the traditional water extraction,ultrasonic extraction has the...
