丹参素脂质体的制备研究

摘    要:
目的:研究丹参素脂质体的处方、制备工艺.方法:以脂质体的包封率为指标评价,采用正交设计对制备工艺进行优化,用反相蒸发超声法制得丹参素脂质体.结果:成功制得丹参素脂质体,其平均粒径为75.4 nm,丹参素脂质体的平均包封率为55.23%.结论:丹参素脂质体制备方法简单可行.

Abstract:
Objective: To study the formula,preparation of Tanshinol liposomes.Methods: The enbedding ratio as an index was evaluated to the optimizing preparation technology with an orthogonal design.Tegafur common liposome was prepared with reverse phase evaporation and supersound method.Results: Tanshinol liposomes were prepared successfully with 75.4 nm mean diameter and 55.23% mean enbedding ratio.Conclusion: Tanshinol liposome with a simple preparation condition.
